Very delicious meal. I got a poke bowl which was delicious. The employee that helped me was a very sweet lady, however the one that helped another member in my group was such a bitch (the one in this picture). She needs to work on her customer service skills. Two incidents happened 1) while ordering we wanted additional toppings (mind you we were willing to pay more to get all the items we wanted). She said no, you only get one more.
    2) I wanted a cup for water and there was a customer getting out his wallet to pay so I politely asked
Me: "May I have a cup for water?"
    Employee: no answer
Me: "excuse me, may I have a cup for water?"
    Employee: "I heard you"
Me: "okay so can I grab a cup?"
Employee: "no. I need to give it to you. you need to wait til I'm finished with him"

She was just standing there and purposely made me wait. I still recommend going just expect shitty service from this employee.

This quick-serve stall is located just off the PH casino floor. They build your meal (or in my case, an odd interpretation of my meal) in front of you.

I had the coupon book in front of me. I pointed to it and said "What's in a sushi burrito?" Received a point to board in reply. The weird ordering procedure that left me with something other than what I asked for (I had a witness to what I ordered). Apparently I was served a poke bowl. Server suddenly decided that I couldn't use my coupon because I hadn't ordered a qualifying item (yes, I did but was served a non-qualifying item). Not worth getting into it. I asked if I could charge it to the room. First answer:yes. I get out my ID and room card, at which point the answer switched to "Are you staying here?" (as in the attached hotel and the only one that made sense in this context). New answer: no. At this point my dining companion /witness asked why not. Third answer: because we don't do that. So, no coupon if we mislead you and no casino points if we change our mind mid-transaction.

The finished product was fine, but the harried, confused service was a total miss. There's a least a fifty percent chance that a different server the next day would have taken the coupon AND given me points.

If I returned - far from a sure thing - I would try the sushi burrito and use the coupon!

The food is ok.  There's certainly better Poke bowls around Las Vegas.  But if you're at Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile mall this is a healthy choice instead of burgers or pizza.
Let's get to the real problem.  This will be the slowest causal dining experience/take-out food if your life.  Despite being located in a prime spot of a major casino/mall, I've never been here when they have more than 2 workers.  It can take more than 30 minutes to get a single order.  Your only service choices here are slow, slower and slowest.
